Weigh, cut and convert, instantly.
Three free tools: weigh any product in our guide, plan your cuts from standard 6 m or 12 m lengths, and convert gauges, pipe sizes and units.
Standard beam and channel weights are catalogue values; other weights are theoretical and can vary slightly from mill weights.
Each saw cut removes the blade width above. Grey is the offcut. We can cut to this list for you before delivery.
Each coloured block is a piece, labelled width × length in mm; grey is the offcut. Untick "turned 90°" for chequered plate or brushed finishes that must run one way.

★Material grades
Know your steel grades.
The grades sold in the market for every product we stock, what the names mean, and which grades match across European, American and Japanese standards.
Applies to: H-beams, I-beams, channels, angles, T-bars, flat bars and plates
Hot rolled carbon steel for frames and structures. The number in the grade is the minimum yield strength; the letters after it show how tough the steel is in the cold.

It depends on the quantity and the item. Send us your list and we'll tell you straight away what's possible, from a single odd-size sheet to steel for a full project.
03Can you cut steel to size?
Yes. Send us your sizes or drawing and we'll cut beams, plates, sheets and pipes to the lengths you need, so the material arrives ready to use.
04How do I get a price?
Send your list on WhatsApp with the sizes, thickness, quantity and delivery location. You can also add products to your enquiry list on this website and send it all in one message. We reply with price, availability and delivery time.

07Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes, mill test certificates (MTC) are available for most items on request. Just mention it when you ask for a quote.
08How is steel weight calculated?
Weight = volume × density: 7,850 kg/m³ for mild steel and 8,000 kg/m³ for stainless steel. A 4 × 8 ft sheet is calculated as 1219 × 2438 mm, and a chequered plate weighs 5 kg more than a plain one at 4 × 8 ft and 15 kg more at 1500 × 6000 mm. Our Steel Calculator does all of this for you.
09Can I visit your yard?
Yes, you're welcome at our yard in Musaffah M17, Abu Dhabi, Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm. We're closed on Sundays.
